We send products over the world, but it will include the adjusted fare to the location, to the delay of transportation that we want to decrease to have better quality of products and to the quantity ordered (more products will be ordered, there are more possibility to have discount).

If you live in the Central Highlands, in Lam Dong, in HCMC or surrounding 200km, You will pay 30,000 dongs for a box of 10kg and 50,000 dongs for a box of 20kg, and you will get it in less than a day.

If you live further than 200 km in Vietnam, You will pay 100,000 dongs for a box of 10kg to 20kg.

If you live in an other country, A specific quotation will be done.

Yes if you are in Vietnam. This way is even cheaper for you because the Project apply a basic fare that always varies from transporter. For international sales, it is not possible to do so.

If the Project has available products you looking for, we will inform you and you will have to pay beforewe deliver your products. The total amount has to be paid to validate the order.

By cash or other relevant means of payment

The buyer is responsible for any inconvenience or loss during the payment procedures.

The buyer has 5 days to provide payment, if not the order will be automatically canceled, unless a consensual agreement has be done.

The order is validated only after availibility check-up and the shipment will occur only after receiving the payment. If payment has not occured and you want to cancel order, it will be possible. Please inform us as soon as possible. No fee is charged for this kind of cancellation.

If payment already occured and you want to cancel order, we will keep 20% of the payment and refund the remaining to you.

After receiving the products, the customer must check the shipment before accepting and only if the customer is satisfied with the content. For some professional customers, a signature on the bill of transport means that the seller and the transporter are out of all responsibilities.

For the perishable products, vegetables and fruits, the customer has 24 hours from the acceptance to claim refunding or replacement of the products and must prove it with dated photos and ship it back as the customer found it.
